hela Sverige As a Project Manager at H&M you will work at a global IT department, with many new initiatives and projects which you have the opportunity to join at an early stage.

Our projects are both large and small and of different complexity. You will be managing projects either in cooperation with external suppliers and/or with in-house (H&M) solutions, often working in distributed teams and with a lot of international contacts. Regardless of what project you work with, you will have a great level of independence in your role as project manager, and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership. We work with the project model PPS, in addition we also use our own development model tailored to each specific situation.
We are now recruiting Project Managers to exciting projects within for example these areas; Online expansion, Store digitalisation, ERP, Production, Buying, and Supply Chain- Logistics and Finance. We are looking for all levels of experience; Sub-project Managers, Project Managers or Program Managers.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your "to do-list" includes:
• Lead, coach and motivate a team with mixed roles and competencies
• Plan, organize, follow up and deliver according to plan including budget responsibility
• Work in close collaboration with business to capture their needs and requirements
• Responsible for implementation of releases, IT-solutions, IT-services both in-house (H&M-systems) as well as standard products
• You will participate in the procurement and preparation of contracts
• Responsible for the whole project cycle, including follow up deliveries and hand over to maintenance
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You are humble, straight-forward, confident in you leadership and work actively with feedback. Your skills include:
• Min 2 years of experience with IT Project Management within application development, standard solutions or in-house developed systems where you have proven excellent results
• Experience in managing projects that have points of contacts and stakeholders within many parts of the organisation
• Experience working in distributed teams
• Experience working with PPS or other project method and agile projects
• Experience working with procurement and preparation of contracts
• Knowledge within Change Management
• Strong communications skills with great experience in conducting meetings and workshop as well as acting with steering groups
• Fluent in Swedish and English
For some of our projects you need knowledge and experience of e-commerce. For all projects it is an extra plus if you have previous experience working in Retail and if you are a certified PM.
