We are now recruiting two IT Project Managers for a challenging and fun project at our IT department and the division Logistics! One of the positions is focused on Roll out and the other Project Manager will work with global transitions. As a Project Manager you will work at a global IT department, with many new initiatives and projects where you have the opportunity to join at an early stage. You will have a great level of independence in your role and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership.
You will be part of our new global e-commerce platform that will serve as base for further online expansion for the H&M brand. The platform is under further development as a part of the Global Online Expansion program. The mission is to establish e-commerce sites for the H&M brand in selected countries. The platform is built, maintained and operated by an external provider. It will furthermore have interfaces towards several H&M systems as well as third party systems.
Our Logistics team is about to build the future supply chain solutions. The new solution will cover Warehouse Management Systems, WMS, Warehouse Controls Systems, WCS and Material Handling Equipment, MHE. As a Project Manager you will both manage supplier deliveries and coordinate them with other internal deliveries.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead, coach and motivate a team with mixed roles and competencies
• Plan, organize, follow up and deliver according to plan including budget responsibility
• Work in close collaboration with business to capture their needs and requirements
• Responsible for implementation of releases, IT-solutions, IT-services as standard products
• You will participate in the procurement and preparation of contracts
• Responsible for the whole project cycle, including follow up deliveries and hand over to maintenance
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Min 5 years of experience with IT Project Management within application development, standard solutions or in-house developed systems where you have proven excellent results
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience from managing projects that have integrations and cross dependencies with many parts of the organisation
• For one of the positions you need experience from complex global IT transitions
• Experience from working in distributed teams
• Experience from working with PPS or other project method
• Experience from working with procurement and preparation of contracts
• Knowledge within Change Management
• Strong communications skills with great experience in conducting meetings and workshop as well as acting with steering groups
• Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience from Logistics and e-commerce is an advantage. An extra plus if you have previous experience from working in Retail and if you are a certified Project Manager.
Travel will be part of the job.
