hela Sverige As a Project Manager you will work at our global IT department, focusing on new initiatives and projects where you will be a key player in shaping solutions from the very beginning. You will have a great level of independence in your role and we expect you to act with confidence in your leadership.As a Project Manager in this role you will be running several initiatives in parallel. You will be our "go-to" person for prestudies, investigations and cross delivery projects.
One of your assignments will initially be a Global Capacity Project, which is an important initiative that will bring significant changes in the way production is planned and analysed in the organisation. The project/program will affect multiple systems across the IT division and as Project Manager you will have full responsibility for the changes that are needed to reach the intended business goals. You will act as single point of contact towards our Business in Hong Kong and be overall accountable for the analysis, development and test work performed across multiple system teams in Sweden and India.
A second project is currently in pre-study phase and will continue to develop the follow-up of location and materials (track and trace) for products within the production supply chain. You will be responsible for the future integration towards a third party cloud service and the commercial negotiations for the integrations with the software vendor.

Your responsibility will be to manage the big picture but you also have a keen interest in understanding and clarifying the details when required to reach the overall goal. You enjoy working in different team constellations and to deliver in collaboration with others. You will be located in Stockholm, with stakeholders and end users mostly across Asia and Europe. Business trips abroad may be required.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Manage more than one project at a time.
• Hold full responsibility for time plan, budget, project objectives and report to steering committees.
• Communicate and influence many different stakeholders across the organization in order to reach the projects' goals.
• Manage high level business requirements and make sure they are detailed and developed by the different IT delivery teams.
• Take on new challenges as they arise: this might be prestudies, investigations or implementations required to support our ever expanding business.

And your skills include:
• Minimum 3 years of experience from IT Project Management within application development
• Experience from cross organizational project management - working across multiple teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience from conducting pre-studies.
• PPS or other project methodologies.
• You are self-driven and the feel comfortable in working closely with Business Managers, Enterprise architects, System responsibles and Business
Analysts.
• Strong communication skills with great experience in conducting meetings and workshops as well as interacting with steering groups
• You enjoy working at a fast pace and you have an inner drive.
• You are flexible and open minded
• You have strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate others.
• You can express yourself well in written and oral communication in both Swedish and English
• Experience of production planning and/or retail is helpful
Previous Experience working as a Business Analyst (requirements) is beneficial as being able to do some of the high level requirement analysis work yourself is an advantage.
