We are looking to expand our team of IT Project Managers to our Competence Center within H&M's Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) division. Our Project Managers lead infrastructure projects ranging from small and simple to large and complex throughout the IT-department at H&M.
We work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure I&O project deliverables are clearly identified, defined, documented and delivered within the agreed timeline and budget. As part of the Competence Center team, you will have the opportunity to work with likeminded Project Managers as well as the chance to work with an omni mindset throughout H&M's IT department's many divisions.
To succeed in this role we believe you are business-oriented and have an interest developing other people, delivering solutions as well as a genuine interest in technology. You have experience leading project teams of varying sizes and constellations, from one-person projects to projects involving 3rd party suppliers and/or off-shore resources; you are structured and analytical with a pragmatic mindset; you see a complex environment as a challenge rather than a chore.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and loads of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Successful planning, execution, monitoring and closing of projects according to agreed project goals, way of working, time and budget
• Running pre-studies with various levels of complexity; development, implementation, procurement (services as well as products), sourcing and service delivery projects; as well as rollout and transition projects
• Leading, coaching and developing others by delegating, transferring competence and mentoring
• Building and maintaining relationships with many different stakeholders, within business and IT
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts together with the PMO, the I&O Division, the IT organization as a whole and with our business

Your skills include:
• Several years' experience managing IT projects of various types and complexities
• Experience managing teams involving 3rd parties
• Work experience in diverse environments
• Understanding business values and prerequisites
• Experience working with off-shore resources
• Experience of purchasing/implementing services or solutions from 3rd party suppliers
• Knowledge of Change Management
• Knowledge of IT Governance and ITIL
• Experience and knowledge of PPS, PROPS or similar project management tool(s)
• Comfortable in workshop facilitation
• Excellent communication, both spoken and written, in both English and Swedish
The following experience is merited:
• Experience with Cloud services and transformation projects, especially Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience as a technician within operations for server or network environments
• Experience with WiFi solutions and services.
The position is based in Marievik, Stockholm. Some travel may be required.
