Your team
Global Information Services offers a dynamic workplace with a clear agenda to develop a global organization in line with large scale changes both within IT and the business. A strong team of co-workers and challenging varied roles that aim to stretch and expand the value IT delivers within the organization.
The Online services department is designed for rapid deployment of IT services with purpose to empower Husqvarna Group customer experience of our external websites. The department will both develop and deliver solutions and services as well as execute specific project. Projects managed in this department will focus on System of Innovation in need of rapid and agile development, scalability and focus on Digitalization of products and processes.

Your future challenge
Online services within GIS is driving the development of technologies and platforms within the Online area. The ROLE will help shape the future Online Services strategy and roadmap. You will also act as a program manager for all the Online services solutions and services.
Your role
• Working with multiple teams to push the development and deliver new digital
service and features for our customers
• Build, lead, and coach multiple teams throughout product lifecycles.
• Assess and secure that all high priority risks are resolved as they are encountered
• Continually update relevant business stakeholders of product status and periodically publish status reports
• Facilitate technical roadmap development and help shape the overall vision for existing and digital platforms
• Validate financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related product and service expenditures.
• Safeguard the brand by ensuring solid focus on security and compliance for the digital services offering.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to meet end to end quality goals and achieve customer delight.
Who you are
• A strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects, preferably in mobile platforms or E-commerce domain.
• Experience in developing Technical / Digital strategies and roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Relevant software engineering experience
• Experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills.
• Capability to create a strong business and technical vision and drive a team towards that vision.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
• Expertise in delivering projects with agile methodologies
