We are looking for a IT & Cyber Security Specialist Team Lead to the division Infrastructure & Operations at the H&M IT Department.
The Cyber Specialist team works with IT & Cyber Security Incidents and Cyber Security Intelligence Threat Hunting. We want to make it stronger to meet future needs. The job entails monitoring, investigating and analyzing, but also convergently looking at potential Cyber threats on a global scale.

Your responsibilities
The job as IT Cyber Security Specialist at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Prioritise, co-ordinate team activity and conduct analysis on security incidents reported by security vendors, helpdesk and managements.
• Perform co-relational analysis on various security / network solutions, such as Network IPS, endpoints, proxy, email gateway, anti-virus, firewalls, etc.
• Execute and lead the IT security incident response model, including containment, eradication, recovery and lesson learned.
• Perform analysis on threat indicators (e.g. 0-day, phishing campaign, targeted attack, etc.) and intelligent insight. Identify the impact of vulnerabilities against the whole network infrastructure.
• Prepare incident report for critical security incidents to management.
• Perform forensic on an ad-hoc basis. (e.g. mailbox examination, memory forensic, disk forensic for Indicators of Compromise).
• Ability to automatic tasks with Powershell (or any other programming languages) will be a plus.
• 6+ Years in IT Security environment or equivalent.
• 3+ Years of SOC or Incident Response experience.
• Strong affinity and skills with IT Security and Networking.
• Expert level understanding of computer security concepts including Identity & Access Mgmt, Network Security, Application Security, Incident Management, or Risk & Compliance.
• Working experience with SIEM, Network IPS, endpoints, proxy, email gateway, anti-virus, firewalls.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and PCI DSS.
• Good English both written and spoken.
