NREP employs +35 professionals across its three offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki and is fully owned by its partners.

Pelican Self Storage was founded in Denmark in 2009 by Nordic Real Estate Partners with capital from M3 Capital Partners in London. Pelican aims at building a higher quality chain of self storage units in the Nordics. The company is led by Claus Mathisen and currently employs approx. 70 people. The company expanded into Finland in 2009 where focus has been on the Helsinki region. In 2012 Pelican acquired the Swedish self storage company SelStor thereby making it the second largest operator in the Nordics with more than 120,000 SQM of storage across CPH, HEL, STK. Job Description:

The position is located in Pelican/NREP's office in central Stockholm. As IT Manager you work together with sourcing/hosting partners in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. You will be responsible for the IT roadmap going forward for NREP as well as Pelican, and make sure IT helps enabling the overall business objectives and servicing the Pelican and NREP organizations.

As IT Manager your tasks and responsibilities includes:

• Source, negotiate and oversee suppliers - hosting, support, software and communications/telecom.
• Design (together with external providers if needed), document and maintain efficient network and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure internal anchoring of IT processes and support - communicate to internal stakeholders and users to ensure efficient customer use and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and potentially support ITC part of Pelican site launches.
• Identify IT-related improvement and development areas for NREP/Pelican processes and work models - including keeping up to speed on new ITC developments and tools.
• Manage and optimize ITC budget for entire Nordic organization and ensure continued superior productivity.
• Streamline and establish internal standards for ITC use, HW and SW.
• Service internal "customers" and ensure formulation of customer perspective on IT requirements and developments
Personal skills and experience:

We are looking for someone with a supportive and proactive mindset and a structured approach. To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication skills, communicating across the organization as well as with external partners and suppliers.

As NREP has offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm you need to be able to travel when needed. You are cost conscious with sourcing skills and understand balanced need for quality vs price. IT is outsourced which means you are the only IT representative internally. Therefore you need to be able to work independent with limited support and management attention.

The position calls for an individual with 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role. You need to have good communications skills in spoken and written English as you will work with colleagues, partners and suppliers on a Nordic basis. Knowledge in Swedish is preferable.

University degree desirable but not a requirement.

We can offer you a work place with talented co-workers, a company with high ambitions. You will have much autonomy, linked with responsibility, in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. NREP today employs +35 people in their three offices, of which 20 are located in Stockholm.
