Dina arbetsuppgifterTo succeed in this role it is required that you are self-managed and execute projects independently. The role is located at the headquarters in Kista and reports to the CFO. The Manager: IT and Systems will be responsible for: - Administration- and management of the business' IT-environment which includes a range of managed-and hosting services provided by third parties along with internal IT support; - IT- and systems supply management along with ensuring all key contracts and agreements with vendors are negotiated and maintained; - Ensuring business' systems operational support is provided timelessly; - Developing and executing a workable system development roadmap for the business which enables the company's strategic direction; - Bringing about a new data reporting and business intelligence solution for the business whereby staff, management and industry legislators are supplied with the information on time; - Providing support of an operational nature to the surety- and finance teams regarding process flow documentation, -improvements regarding the execution of their duties, especially where systems and solutions are not developed yet; - Operational support to the business regarding fronting surety business in Africa in collaboration with African insurers.
It is vital for candidates to have a detailed understanding of the inner workings of a guarantee business. For this reason we require someone who has had at least 10 years of experience within a surety business, preferably as a guarantee underwriter. The person should also be: -Someone with a can-do attitude and a team player; -Entrepreneurial and analytical; -Someone who aspire to solve problems, deliver solutions and think laterally; -Client service orientated, with a requirement to understand our client's business; -Skilled with communication; -Someone who can work under pressure at times; -Up-to-date on issues; -Self-managed; -Computer literate.
