Toca Boca is growing and as the dedicated IT Manager you will manage the day to day IT challenges and set the vision for IT in the company while we are on a trajectory of rapid growth. This means no days look the same and you won't really know what's waiting around the corner.
What you'll be doing
You will be heading up major strategic projects like setting up a new office's IT or supporting day to day activities for colleagues throughout the company, including offices in both North America and Europe. Our headquarters are here in Stockholm.
The new reality of working from home adds to your challenges as IT Manager. You'll be the one to make sure all conditions are set to make this hybrid of an office environment and working from home function well. You'll be the one to set the vision for what this future of work will look like as we grow and make sure we reach that goal.
You'll be the one managing all IT projects such as our future office move. Who knows, perhaps there will be more people in the IT-support team by then? You'll be responsible for future projects related to our growth such as implementing MDM- or SSO-systems as well as whatever else might be needed to to support the organisation.
Is this you?
You have professional experience working with office IT infrastructure at a digital native company. This includes anything from connecting screens, budgeting for an organisation with 100+ employees, to handling licences.
You have a solid understanding of Mac OS/linux, Windows, iOS and Android.
You are fluent in both English and Swedish. We are an international company so English is the company language but you will need Swedish when dealing with suppliers.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we're an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
