We are looking for an IT Manager in Sweden to join Infrastructure & Customer Connectivity, Global IT. You will work closely with suppliers of IT services and hardware, Group IT and report to the global manager in Finland. As IT Manager you serve the business and contribute to Etteplan's growth and development. Main responsibilities cover developing and maintaining Etteplan's ways of working as well as deploying these ways of working to assure that the operations comply with Etteplan IT requirements. We believe this is an opportunity for you who are ambitious and want to develop in an IT Manager role. The position is in Västerås.

The role
The main responsibilities for the IT Manager include the following areas:

* Manage and implement the company's processes, systems and ways of working
* Manage IT infrastructure in Sweden
* Active cooperation with business/operations to identify new development needs
* Supporting business/operations by deploying processes and tools in customer services
* Managing local external suppliers and contracts
* Secure standardization of IS/IT infrastructure
* Budget responsibility

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for an ambitious person with a structured and analytic way of working. Your ability to take lead within your area of responsible is important, but also being able to motivate yourself is crucial. Sometimes the task can be hands on and qualifications as solution-oriented and service minded is appreciated. In this role you will have many contact points, in the organization but also with different suppliers.

* B.Sc or similar relevant education
* Fluent in Swedish and English language
* Experience from similar responsibilities with English as working language is an advantage
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft SharePoint experience [BS1]
* Knowledge of CAD and PDM software is an advantage
* Engineering service business experience is an advantage
