You are the second team member to join our IT crew to support our growing game development studio on all IT related matters: our infrastructure, network- and server administration, hard- and software, overall IT support and assistance in any IT projects that may arise.
Your contribution
As an IT-Engineer, your main tasks and responsibilities are:
• Maintain, improve and develop Arrowhead's IT infrastructure;
• Network and server administration - For both Linux and Windows;
• Troubleshooting and user support (both hardware as well as all software);
• Overall responsibility for our employees workstations, including procurement and installation;
• Responsible for backup maintenance.
Our requirements
We're looking for an IT-Engineer to join our team who brings the following expertise:
• Around 4-5 years of experience working with, and being responsible for, IT infrastructure;
• Experience with maintaining backups and with user support;
• Experience with Google & Office 365 administration;
• Experience working with server software;
• Good English and Swedish communication skills (verbal and written);
• Flexibility in working hours as you will also be responsible to partner up with our publisher and other parties located internationally.
Practical information
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours a week. We offer a permanent position.

Additional information regarding the hard- and software
We use an array of different hard- and software, a pretty detailed list of the systems you will be working with and more detailed responsibilities are listed below:
• User support, a few recurring tasks are: - Troubleshooting VPN or other network connectivity problems;
• Licensing issues;
• Setting up repositories;
• Procuring and installing desktops and laptops or other hardware;
• Purchasing licenses and setting up licensing software.
• Setting up new IT systems;
• Maintaining and improving Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, the certificate authority, group policies, etc);
• Maintaining and improving Linux infrastructure (file storage, version control systems, web servers, etc);
• Maintaining and improving network infrastructure (firewalls, network switches, VLAN configuration, routing, etc);
• Managing G Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack and Discord;
• Managing virtual servers and replication (Hyper-V) and containers (Docker).
