Great, then H&M IT Service Area Sales Store is the place for you - join us and strengthen our Change & Release Team and help us deliver the best Store IT Service to our stores worldwide.

H&M IT Service Area Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems and related services enabling Sales in Stores across the H&M Group. These include services such as Point of Sales (POS) and secure payments. As part of our Change & Release Management team you and your colleagues will take full responsibility for the change, release and deploy processes within the service area; with a specific focus on the change process. You carry the responsibility to drive the business needs all the way from registration to a final decision of a Request for Change by working closely with internal change/requirement analysts and your counterpart at our suppliers, as well as ensuring our stakeholders are decision ready. As change manager, you will have full responsibility to drive and maintain the change process for one of our main suppliers.

To be successful in this role you have a genuine interest and passion for IT change management. You have solid communication skills and experience of stakeholder management. You will be working in close collaboration with our business representatives and our suppliers and through these relations you will build skills and a foundation to create value to our stores. You are a problem-solver, someone who quickly grasps challenges, identifies solutions and who has a "make-it-happen" mindset. Your responsibilities

Being an IT Change Manager within Service Area Sales Store comes with a lot of responsibility - and lot of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Your responsibility will be to drive the business needs all the way from registration to a final decision of a Request for Change by working closely with internal change/requirement analysts and your counterpart at our suppliers.
• Responsibility for driving and maintaining the change process for one of our main suppliers, including CAB and Prio forums
• Drive and facilitate decisions and priorities by securing awareness and availability of correct information to internal and external stakeholders
• As one out of two change managers in the team you will be assigned the role "super user"; which means that you are responsible for giving direction and guidance as well as supporting coworkers in our organization in the change process, including trainings, best practices, templates/toolbox, policies & principles
• Identify and drive continuous improvements initiatives, both internally within the Service Area but also in close collaboration with our suppliers to ensure that we have common ways of working and common view of our priorities

And your skills include:

• General knowledge of the ITIL Framework and preferably hands-on experience of ITIL processes such as Change management and/or Release management
• Ability to move seamlessly between operational and tactical levels
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English is a requirement, Swedish is a merit
• Strong skills in facilitating and leading meetings, workshops and trainings
• Previous experience from service delivery roles is a merit
• Previous experience in retail, especially POS system, is a merit
