We are looking for the key person to join our team on our journey to improve the lives of patients with rare oncology related diseases and become a commercial stage pharma company. About the role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be a key player in a fast-growing, cross-functional team. Your primary task is to always be updated when it comes to business and IT requirements within the industry. You need to identify and analyze the IT landscape in collaboration with all functions within our business. You will report to the Vice President of Product Development & Supply and IT.
Main tasks
• Identify business needs, develop, and maintain our cross-functional IT landscape.
• Translate business needs into user requirements for selection and implementation of IT systems.
• Plan and carry out IT projects including management, vendor selection and oversight.
• Establish and maintain IT governance procedures.
• Participate in the development of the short-term and long-term IT roadmap to support regulatory approval, compliance and launch readiness.
Who are you?
As a person, you are meticulous, curious and self-motivated. You like processes, collaborations and to implement new ways of working suitable for our needs. You have a track record of minimum 5 years in the IT area preferably from a pharmaceutical, medical device or other regulated industry. Minimum a bachelor's degree from a relevant field of study, for example computer science, computer engineering, information science or business process management and you have the ability to:
• perform process analysis, development and requirement analysis
• understand the business and IT processes required to support the organization
• manage IT project from start-to-end and oversee IT systems operations
• manage compliance requirements, eg GxP, GDPR and/or SOX
• manage IT security requirements
• facilitate vendor management
Experience within SharePoint, Power Automate and/or Azure Active Directory is an advantage.
Other information
Travelling: limited travelling will be required.
Work location: Preferably able to work primarily from the head office with the possibility to work at home; other locations considered depending on the candidate.
Domicile: Hyllie Boulevard, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden
