Technical issues management in our converting factory is the one door entry point for all queries and technical issues coming from our Customers and Market Companies. This ensures fast and efficient handling and a continuous follow-up and communication throughout the entire resolution process.
As Issue Resolution Leader, you will take lead on issues with the highest impact and prioritisation and ensure a structured and systematic approach to secure that problem is understood, root cause found and containment solution implemented. The function will also be expertise in QuTIP tool and collaboration with process teams to improve problem solving competency and reduce lead time to response and solve issues.
The role is based in Tetra Pak Packaging Material Sunne AB and responsible for Sunne, Skoghall and CF's. Some travelling will be required.
Main responsibilities
• Take lead on top issues to secure root cause is understood and solution is implemented
• Secure a structured communication to stakeholders at all levels in Tetra Pak during the issue resolution process
• Secure that a problem solving methodology is followed and right problem solving techniques used
• Ensure that we are in the forefront with our methods and tools and drive continuous improvement of the same
• Coach problem solving teams and support process teams for deployment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a result oriented person with strong drive and informal leadership who is good at motivating others. In this role, you need to be good at dealing with stakeholders, to communicate with people on all levels and to handle conflict situations. Furthermore, you have proven ability to drive customer issues in a structured approach. To be successful in this position you need to be structured and have the ability to anticipate and understand a complex issue and have a couple of years' experience.
You have a university degree in relevant area in combination with good technical understanding. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required. Experience of Six Sigma is an advantage.
