Your mission
As Inventory Manager, you develop our work and processes to meet and exceed the overall inventory targets and customer expectations. Utilizing your competence and experience, you define and implement the best inventory strategy based on stock categories, product characteristics and demand patterns. Producing and monitoring general inventory management performance KPI's, and ensuring that we work towards our goals is an important part of your job, as is being responsible for inventory related data and steering in the MRP system. Furthermore, you are responsible for OSMI reduction and preventing activities, and you are also a strong driving force in inventory related projects with different stakeholders, aiming to optimize inventory and increase profitability.
Your character
We are looking for someone with a Masters' in Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering or with equivalent experience and competence gained from a working career. You have a minimum of three years' experience of production inventory management and knowledge in ERP or inventory management systems. Experience in M3 or like vise is advantageous, as is a certification in APICS. As we operate in a truly global organization, you have excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.
