www.ikanogroup.comDina arbetsuppgifterIkano Bank is looking for an International Senior Business Manager to lead our ongoing efforts in partner consumer financing products for both E-Commerce and physical retail. The position is key in accelerating the Bank's efforts in creating a seamless customer experience across digital and physical retail for our retail partners. The role will continue to position the bank as a value-adding supplier to our partners businesses, through relevant digital commerce- and payment solutions.
You will be responsible and accountable for;
• Focusing on realizing the product roadmaps, i.e. securing the planned product benefits and creating product specific business cases
• Wing to wing knowledge and TCO responsible for E-Commerce, and actively managing the cost of the products
• Ensuring E-Commerce readiness and market understanding across the organization, and understanding of competitive and industry positions
• Working closely with Markets, Operations and IT to ensure that all functions work smoothly in meeting new partner and customer demands in the digital world
• Owning the product portfolio and roadmap for the key partners
• Commercially managing potential vendor relationships to ensure delivery against customer experience and other objectives
• This role is part of developing the International Product Area IKEA & Retail within Ikano Bank
Kvalifikationer• A minimum of 5-7 years of similar international working experience with a strong digital background in retail banking, consumer finance and/or the retail Industry
• A strong understanding of E-Commerce and omnichannel retailing in two or more European countries, and the desire to truly make a difference for our partners business.
• A proven record of your ability to translate complex scenarios into simple solutions focusing on simplicity and a great user experience
• Passion and curiosity about the technology-driven world, and a relentless attitude when it comes to customer focus and how Ikano bank can add value to our retail partners
• Technical flair and IT knowledge
• A profound interest in the future disruptive payment and E-Commerce environment and the ability to navigate in the complex innovative landscape
• Experience with developing strategies and execution plans as well as presenting to senior management.
• Solid commercial knowledge while working across functional disciplines, e.g. IT, Finance and Operations.
• Strong analytical skills required to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources
• A good understanding of the payment value chain and the players in retail payment and financing, such as PSP's, card schemes, consumer finance etc.
• An academic degree (minimum bachelor or similar)
• Fluent English in speech and writing
