hela Sverige The Group Internal Audit and Assurance mission is to provide an independent, objective assurance and be a consulting function designed to add value and assist the organization to reach Group Goals. The objective is to reduce the risk for loss of Group assets as well as to create more value through improved efficiency and increased risk awareness. The risk-based audit planning in the Group is an important part in reaching the ambition, as is the digitalization of the internal audit process for more effective and efficient audits.
Group Internal Audit and Assurance is a dynamic, global team of eight people. We are an interactive department with open communication channels to all our subsidiaries around the world, and close connection to Group Management and the Atlas Copco AB Board.
Group Internal Audit is in the process of digitalizing the internal audit process by developing and implementing an integrated audit system for an effective risk-based audit execution.

The role
Your mission will be to lead the development and strengthening of digitalization in the Group Internal Audit process and function.
Main responsibilities and tasks are:
• Manage and develop the digitalization of the internal audit process and audit system support
• Lead the further implementation of audit data analytics in the risk assessment and audit execution
• Lead the implementation of the digitalized integrated audit system
• Manage the audit system-based administration, coordination, planning and follow-up of internal audits with support to team members.
• Lead projects aiming for strengthening of the Internal Audit function
• Audit team-leading and conducting audits at the site of the company or remotely
• Conducting trainings of the internal audit process and audit system
You will report to the Vice President Group Internal Audit and Assurance
What we can expect from you
• You are skilled and interested in IT and systems - digitalization
• You have several years of experience and knowledge from IT and/or finance
• Experience from internal- or external audit will be considered as a plus
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English
• Requires travel
Further we think you are a social, analytical, structured and communicative person with integrity and a positive "can-do" attitude.
