We are now looking for an HR Partner to our client within tech for an assignment with start immediately to the end of the year with possibility of extension.
In this role you will partner up with global HR leaders and talent acquisition to support areas such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding & new-hire orientation programs, global mobility, and learning & development.
Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with internal managers.
• Address HR inquiries and policies for employees and managers.
• Contribute to projects, meetings, and training.
• Maintain organized records and handle administration.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and benefits.
• Support employee development and career growth.
• Develop HR policies for compliance.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievances.
• Stay updated on HR trends and practices.
• Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's in HR or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as an HR Partner in fast-paced settings.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Confident, calm, and skilled communicator.
• Proficient in European employment laws.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Works well independently and in teams.
• Organized, structured, and skilled in project management.
• Familiar with Swedish labor law, permits, and authorities.
• Confident in system management/HRIS
