hela Sverige We at Semcon are now looking for our future colleague to join our User Experience team, placed at our modern headquarters in Lindholmen. Here you will have the opportunity to work with innovation for companies ranging from small startups to the global giants. We will be proud to call you an expert within the department User Experience, designing the User Experience for digital and physical products based upon human behavior.
Your role is to work with User Experience and make sure our clients users get a premium user experience while using the product. We work mainly in the digital eco-systems of physical products, with HMI and digital displays, apps and desktop applications. For our clients and us it is important that we in a methodological way understand the user's needs, pains and gains and are able to use that knowledge to create innovative products and functionalities.
Who are you?
You probably have an MSc or BSc in Interaction Design, User Experience, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Industrial Design or Industrial Design Engineering or similar background.Your experience is important due to the complexity of the area, which is why we believe that you have worked with User Experience for at least 2-3 years. But please, come and blow our minds if you have fulfilled the competencies in less time than so!
We think you like to challenge yourself and solve problems with creativity and innovative ideas. Experience from User Experience. You have worked hands on with preferably Interaction design, HMI specification, User research and usability/usage tests. Maybe you also have experience from working with Service design, prototyping and/or the human perspective upon IoT projects and automation? Get to understand users and their needs excites you. Experience from prototyping tools like Scetch or similar, and good at working with the Adobe programs Your skills in English are important and you don't need to speak Swedish. You have driver's license equal to the Swedish level B.
