Position
The Business coordinators act as the single point of contact between STRIPE and the local implementation organizations; Business Coordination ultimately aims at ensuring that the local roll-out project is run in accordance with the STRIPE way-of-working and that the local project team has the global support available when needed.
STRIPE is a Transformation Program within Group Truck Operations (GTO) aiming at having one Industrial Setup for all AB Volvo Truck manufacturing Plants which means harmonising the way of working in the supply chain and cab and vehicle assembly plants and having the same IT tools to perform those activities. The main focus the coming years will be to transform manufacturing plants in North America, Europe and South America but there will also be further initiatives in ASIA.

Tasks would include:
Initiates activities when need for planned projects in region
Establishes the initial project plan with the local project
Ensuring that all local implementations are driven in an uniformed way
Securing business resources that should provide expertise within the global STRIPE solution, including relaying knowledge and skill, to local users
Mapping and communicating latest status, and scope, of the implementation projects to STRIPE
Supporting the local site with change management, e.g. plan training sessions, create site specific checklists to evaluate go-live maturity and support in creating wave materials
Ensuring that each local organization has sufficient knowledge to manage long-term maintenance
Mapping business flows and CRs related to go-lives to enable creating integration maps (needed for making cut-over plans)

Overall requirements:
Master of Science or Business Administration
Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
Excellent spoken and written English (Additional languages are given merit)
Maximum of two years previous work-experience after graduation
International experience is meriting

Additional
Competence in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Education
1st choice: M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Economy or IT
