hela Sverige We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance analyst for the Customer Insurance team of our captive finance organisation. This role is ideal for a person with strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the intersection of insurance, data, finance, and the transportation sector. The analyst plays a key role in supporting strategy through providing on-time and in-depth insights into business performance. Job Description
Monitor and evaluate key KPI's (income, loss and claims frequency, sales penetration) and provide insights that support pricing and product development
Develop and refine insurance performance dashboards
Conduct in depth analysis on claims trends, profitability, and work with central and local teams to use this in their decision making processes
Deliver market, industry and customer insights through internal and external market benchmarks
Communicate insurance trends and information through well-crafted presentations that enable strategy development
Identify and analyse potential of Insurance by being part of various group wide product and services development initiative
Your Skills
Minimum 3 years' experience from the insurance industry
Knowledge of Product development and portfolio analysis across various lines of business, exposure to motor insurance is a merit
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and other similar tools is an advantage
Professional proficiency in English. Additional languages are considered as an advantage
Experience from working in a multi-cultural global organization is considered as an asset
