As a Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Regus' full range of products and office solutions (focusing on Offices, Virtual Offices, and Business World solutions) together with the local Area Sales Managers (ASM) and/or General Managers (GM) in a defined
territory. You will receive enquiries either via our internal Enquiry Messaging System or via inbound calls from prospects enquiring a business solution and will assist them in identifying their office needs, recommending the right products and services and/or booking tours for relevant locations in order to converse the enquiries into product sales.
Key responsibilities:
• Responding to every enquiry with a sense of urgency and within the agreed timescales.
• Confidently creating value for the prospect.
• Acknowledging and clarifying objections/needs of the prospect.
• Asking for the business/tour on every call. Deploys a ?no lost? mentality.
• Always having a next step, clear understanding of what obstacles are in the way of closing the business.
• Making purpose driven calls/emails.
• Being relentless in the pursuit of the business. Offers good, better, the best strategies in order to win the business.
• Engaging proactively with brokers, agents , internal/external customers and ASMs to ensure a good working relationship is established with all.
• Setting daily "game-plan" for pipeline management.
• Aligning priorities with direction given by management & report pipeline workload risks accordingly. Review daily agent workbook report & pipeline reports.
• Working (pro-)actively with your local country team to understand the Regus solutions offered in the market by centre, understands priorities related to occupancy & is informed of competitors situation and presence.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
• At least 1-2 years prior inbound / outbound sales or call center experience.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills and commercial awareness.
• Strongly customer service focused.
• Ready to work in a rapidly changing environment.
