As an Innovation Lead, you will work at the forefront of what we do, supporting different teams within the company. Our tasks vary, and are centered around innovation. This ranges from exploring new technologies that can radically improve our solutions and business development of novel business areas - to new research and analysis of the impact of our software, or finding novel ways to better use our solutions.
This wide variety of tasks will expose you to diverse areas of knowledge (medicine, technology, business and operations) and comes with a high level of freedom as well as responsibility. Skills and responsibilities for this role include:
• Leading and supporting projects cross the organizing regarding innovations
• Understanding healthcare providers' needs, and being involved in the sales or implementation process of Platform24
• Assisting or leading research, analysis and creation of reports
• Designing, testing, piloting and evaluating new ventures - with your eyes set on finding things that matter and can drive large improvements in health outcomes
• Clearly communicating visions and ideas: through lean business canvases, roadmaps, business plans and presentations
• Developing a unique and entrepreneurial skill-set for healthcare innovation
We believe you have a strong drive and bias-to-action. You are a strong communicator and love solving problems. You are curious and enjoy learning new things. You either have clinical experience from working as a physician, experience from management consulting or medtech/healthtech startups - and most importantly, you are passionate about improving healthcare.
