BACKGROUND
Magnus Penker, an internationally acknowledged expert and leading thinker on innovation, founded Innovation 360 Group with Martin Hultqvists, Agnes Sävenstedt and Sten Jacobson as co-founders in February 2015 in Stockholm - the city of innovation. The first assignment was in London, manifesting right from the outset, that the outlook and objectives of the firm are truly global.
Although global in scope, the company is firmly rooted in the Swedish heritage of strong entrepreneurship, high quality and centuries of sustainable innovation. Just six months after the firm was set up, it was ready to scale up its operations with the accreditation of a number of small independent top consultancies in a network based on the company's methodology and tools called InnoSurveyTM.
Innovation 360 Group helps companies to sharpen their innovation capability and re-innovate their value propositions, speeding up digitalisation (internal incremental/radical innovation) and global go-to-market projects (external incremental/radical innovation) through innovative strategy and business development. We do this by means of research-based innovation methods, assessments and measurements. All based on our unique global innovation database and research in the innovation area.

THE ROLE AS CHIEF ACADEMIC OFFICER
As CAO you are responsible for Innovation 360 business area offerings of master classes, comprising a carefully selected number of high-level training courses for innovation practitioners. All master classes are given by respected thought leaders within each area.
You are responsible for master classes, seminars, publications (blog posts, e-books, social media, e-learning) and newsletter. This includes to recruit teachers internally and externally, build partnerships and ensure that we are seen on the right conferences as a speaker and as a teacher of heavy prestige programs, MBA courses, etc.
The role includes a business responsibility for the area. You will sell licenses (course materials including e-learning) through partners and to recruit new partners.
Initially you will focus your work on ensuring the fulfilment of the Innovation 360s mission and goals to provide competence development on the highest level, vision and leadership. This requires a master's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field and that you are familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures success.
The CAO is responsible for the management and overall success of the area including meeting customers high demands and expectation. This includes (but is not limited to) faculty selection, evaluation and development, master class development, improvement and course outcomes assessment.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have an academic background with a master degree in a relevant subject. Experience from a similar role is expected.
A successful candidate will be:
• An effective communicator, with the ability to actively listen and build relationships.
• Self-motivated, capable of working with limited oversight.

• A creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
The role requires strong abilities to build relationships, listen and negotiating in an international setting. It requires knowledge of principles and methods of high level training programs management.
