Working as an Infrastructure Architect at Permobil you will be a part of a dynamic, fast growing and international organization. You will be responsible for the Infrastructure Architecture in tight collaboration with a strong team of specialists in Timrå and Nashville, USA. A total of 45 colleagues are dedicated to deliver the best possible service to our business. We want you to be passionate about working with Infrastructure Management in a global company. To do that you need vast experience in the Infrastructure arena, architecture understanding, teamwork and change management ability, project management skills and experience from Service design. Also, knowledge about regulatory compliance and documentation skills is important parts of the everyday work.

Duties
You will own and drive the architecture process and your key duties will be:
Continuously review Infrastructure architecture from a lifecycle perspective.
Support the projects architecture questions during Design and Transition phases.
Stay informed and on top of the complex challenges, in both depth and width, that the business creates.
Get the most out of the current IT-platforms before suggesting new ones.
Work long term to improve usability, reduce complexity and the number of interfaces for the business.
Be very responsive to business needs and help them achieve their goals.
Coordinate the Change Process web securing quality in collaboration with process owner.
Lead projects and participate in improving Governance.

The job is diverse and requires high collaboration skills, ability to advise the business, act proactively and drive ICT forward to meet the needs of future growth.

You will report to the Director of ICT who in turn answers to the Senior Vice President of ICT (CIO).

Qualifications
University education in IT or equivalent experience.
Formal training/education as an architect
Team leadership training/experience
Project mgmt. training/experience
ITIL Training

Required knowledge
Broad knowledge of most common Microsoft platforms; Servers, Clients, Cloud, UC, IAM, AD, Clients, Security and Unified Communication etc.
Able to design services and transition infrastructure operation.
Analyze strategic business goals and key decisions and see the effect on services based on partners/suppliers/own organizations capabilities.
Develop a long-term view of ICT, in the context of the enterprise, using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework and available industry standard techniques.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft standard platforms; Servers, UC,
Cloud Services Azure and O365
ITIL Foundation

Experience required
Solid background in IT arena with minimum level of experience in this area is 15-20 years.
Experience from Microsoft platforms and in all steps of managing an enterprise infrastructure service delivery; processes, policy's, tools, systems and methods.
Experience from Hybrid cloud environment and general outsourcing.
Used to working in projects, leading workshops and risk analysis as well as documenting the work.
Experienced from ITIL and ITSM working in practice in a large outsourced organization.
Worked in an international company or large organization close to common business processes like production, sales, HR etc.
Worked with engaging a team and collaborating towards common goals.
