Group Security Change & Training is instrumental in providing communication, methods and tools to grow the security culture in the Volvo Group. The team resides within Group Security and works closely with Truck Divisions, Business Areas and Group Functions. We foster an environment where all ideas and viewpoints are welcomed. This is how you can make an impact
As Information Security Officer for Change management & Training, you will be part of the team to work closely together with all organizations in the Volvo Group. Your focus will be on establishing an extended training plan, including processes and frameworks for areas where extended knowledge is required to ensure security across Volvo Group ecosystems (IT, OT, products & services?). These will be the main responsibilities for the role:
Together with senior management in each Truck Division/Business Area/Group Function, define areas and roles where extended knowledge is required
Manage and drive the development of a security training plan for defined areas and roles
Govern implementation of security training for defined areas and roles
Report on security knowledge coverage and compliance in all business segments
Assess security maturity through internal and external benchmarking
Who are you?
You have a Master's degree or equivalent in information technology, cybersecurity or related field
You have 7+ years of experience of leading change
You have 5+ experience in the Volvo Group and a broad network for collaboration
You have a strong understanding for human security risks to be able to identify an evaluate non-compliance and potential gaps
You have experience in working with senior leadership
You have an ability to work independently as well as part of a team and form effective partnerships across Truck Divisions, Business Areas and Group Functions to gain buy-in and inspire change
