Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations.

Publiceringsdatum2011-03-10Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an Object Leader, you work broadly within Ericsson. The work is varied and provides opportunities for self development.
You drive internal and external improvement forums to ensure input and feedback from line organization. You collaborate with colleagues, both globally and internally in Kumla. To be an object leader within new product introductions and transfer projects you will secure and drive a team with different competencies to achieve your targets within the project. The role involves a lot of contact with the production, and also works on a project basis in terms of new product introductions and transfer projects.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for someone who has some years experience in similar work and/or a technical bachelor degree. You have IS / IT skills, CAD and MS Office experience. You speak and write English and Swedish fluently. If you have a yellow belt level in six sigma, it is meritorious.
As a person you are results oriented, taking initiative and enjoy working in a team. You are communicative and enjoy working with high quality and on time.
