Skånemejerier is looking for talent and is hiring a junior Industrial Controller. The right candidate will have excellent possibilities to grow further in the role and with the company.
The position is placed at Skånemejerier? s production plant in Malmö and you report to Head of Controlling. The employment is a permanent one on full time.
As a part of the management control department of Skånemejerier, you will reinforce our team?s dedication to the industrial controlling in charge of our 4 factories.
You will have a key role in supporting our organization to understand the industrial activities and improve the quality of the decisions.
The main purpose for the role is to support, control and drive revenue. In collaboration with the team of accountants and IT you?ll be ensuring smooth running of the company?s controlling department and your to-do list will feature:
Analysis of the results
• Validate the quality and the reliability of the technical and financial information
• Produce the analyses of management allowing to highlight the gaps compared with the budget and the history based on both financial data and technical data, like efficiency, yield, losses, energy ratio
• Produce the periodic dashboards
• Propose and accompany action plans and improvement
Budget Construction
• Build based on the Real, by mobilizing the objectives of the following year
• Build, in partnership with the various operational functions of our plants e.g. plant manager, department manager
Forecast and studies
• Produce the forecast of the coming periods together with plant managers
• Follow-up and monitoring of commitments
Information system
• Participate in drawing up and implementing new management tools
You will also be part of continuous improvements of routines and processes and reconciliations and analyses of the reporting and be part of projects needing Industrial Control?s input.
Profile
You have a degree in Finance and Business administration or equivalent and preferably with 2 years experiences in controlling and reporting, including statutory reporting. You have experience from working in an international company with tight deadlines and you enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. It?s a requirement to be high skilled in Excel, and experience from working with M3 and Qlikview is considered a merit. You are accurate, organized and structured with high analytical skills and a strong motivation to constantly improve and achieve your goals. Your teamwork capability is strong but you work independently and perform well under stress. The position also involves international contacts and fluency in English both verbal and in writing is required.
Requirements
• A university degree within finance, controlling or food processing
• 2 years of experience in controlling and reporting
• Good knowledge in information systems. M3 or Qlikview will be a plus
• Strong skills in Excel
• Good knowledge in English, both verbal and in writing
• Organized, structured with high analytical skills
• Strong team player
• Interest to grow in the role and together with the company
