Indiska eCommerce has seen strong growth since the launch of the new platform Episerver in February 2020. We are now looking for a driven Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving traffic to Indiska.com. As a Growth Manager you will be working closely with our consultants within SEM and paid Some, but you will be focusing mainly on our customer loyalty club and driving sales through CRM. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and eCommerce.



Indiska is on an intensive expansion and growth journey. As a member of the team, this requires flexibility, entrepreneurial drive, and great problem-solving skills.



About the role

As a Growth Manager your main tasks are to:



• Responsible for driving traffic to Indiska.com, both on current markets and new markets outside of Scandinavia
• Continuously analyse current situation to understand performance in each channel and identify business opportunities and customer needs - experiment and test new strategies
• Set strategy for Indiska's members (one of Sweden's largest loyalty clubs) and perform rapid A/B testing to convert customers into loyal members, monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value
• Set strategy for email and sms send-outs, and build automations to reach customers within the different stages of the customer journey / lifecycle
• Product owner of Indiska's CRM system Voyado
• Working closely to our SEM/paid Some consultants to ensure optimization across channels
• Working closely with marketing team to optimize content and campaigns



About you

• You have a commercial mindset and finds way to drive sales both long and short term
• You are data driven and have a customer-centric approach. You love to A/B- and/or multivariate test your way forward to constantly improve
• You are self-propelled and result oriented
• You will use your creativity to make sure Indiska sees an exponential and sustainable growth
• You stay up to speed with latest developments within the field, investigating new technologies that can take us to the next level



Your experience

• At least 3 years' experience of working with CRM or growth hacking
• Minimum B.Sc. degree in relevant area such as ecommerce, marketing, business administration or engineering
• Experience from marketing automation, A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign results
• Experience from Voyado specifically is a plus
• Extensive experience from working with Google Analytics, BI and Excel.
• Structured communicator and presenter with focus on actionable insights
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
