As our Identity & Governance Specialist, you will be at the forefront of securing and managing access to critical digital assets. In this unique role, you will provide expertise for Identity Governance and Administration for the whole Stena AB Group. You will define, optimize, and maintain Business functional and non-functional requirements, IGA/IAM capabilities, application onboarding, re-certifications, approval from the business, and lead downstream implementation.
You will build, maintain, and execute a roadmap and manage and participate in varying projects. Through understanding technical implementation details you will play the identity expert and identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements on a project-by-project basis. Followingly, you will proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies in policies, processes, and guidelines.
To ensure that our Identity Governance and Administration work stays resilient and relevant, you will conduct research and conduct interviews with customers and product owners to gather information via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, user cases, and more. You will also analyze, specify, and document business needs and stakeholders. Naturally, this entails communicating both verbally and through written documentation - To businesses, Sponsors, and other stakeholders. To stay up to date in the field you will join seminars, education, and events, and update relevant certifications.
About you
As our next IGA Specialist, we look for you that is a friendly and open person who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders within our business. We believe that you have a big interest in digital identities and information security, in general, but also in how these impact our greater business practices.
You have great communication and organizational skills and the ability to focus on completing tasks and meeting deadlines. You are good at prioritizing what is most urgent and in that way manage many different tasks at the same time. You are curious and want to learn more and find ways of improving our product.
To be successful in this role you are an excellent communicator in both English and Swedish and possess leadership and interpersonal skills.
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Identities in Microsoft services like Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Identity Manager.
