As the strategic SPM for IAP Automation you will own and drive strategy and requirements for BDGS rApps for RAN optimization and automation. This position reports initially to Head of Solution Line OSS.

You will
Position and define Ericsson optimization rApps in SMO market with the clear aim to significantly expand the SON rApp market share compared to current SON market share
Aim to take lead in the 5G RAN optimization automation market and set the baseline footprint for 6G
Plan the SON OM product migration to IAP rApps based on Non Real Time RIC in in the SMO context.
Own and drive the Optimization rApp requirements to the PDU development program. This includes functions ranging from Frequency Layer Management to Cell Shaping via adaptive antennas (AAS).
Define which optimization areas BDGS should excel in and align with the other Business Areas to make the best possible overall rApp portfolio. You wll setup framework to jointly plan optimization rApps with BDGS, BNEW, BMAS
Target to maximize the Optimization automation rApps profitability
Cooperate with Service SPM to define service packages and customization for the optimization rApps
Work closely with strategic customers and with PDU OSS and with Cloud RAN and MS RBS Product Line to develop efficient and leading optimization automation functions
You will bring
Education: M.Sc. or MBA in relevant area
Min years of experience: 10
Domain experience: OSS and RAN
Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
Excellent presenting and communicating skills
Relating and networking
Deciding and initiating action
Planning and organizing
Coping with pressures and setbacks
Sound knowledge of product management
Genuine interest in/knowledge of business management
Genuine interest in product architecture and technology
Sound knowledge of assigned product(s)
