About the job
Your responsibilities is to provide planning, support, design and supervise of the company's HVAC systems as well as the company's Water/Sewage systems in various Evolution locations across the world. You will also manage or supervise specialists and sub-contractors working with the company's HVAC and Water/Sewage systems.
You will communicate directly with internal customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment. You will also coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of HVAC installation, design development and provide author supervision, as well as make sure that all the HVAC engineering deliverables are following the project and other relevant regulatory requirements and that it meets with the approved specifications.

• To develop new energy efficiency solutions depending of microclimate locations according to EVO standards
• Investigate world markets for new technologies possibility implementation in current and new builds
• Consult on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.
• Manage replacing and upgrading of the current system to meet the newly developed system requirements.
• Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
• In case of malfunctions on the equipment, identifying the problem, requesting support from the manufacturer and carrying on correspondence with it, communicating the symptoms, performing the operations and taking the measures indicated. Finding the source of the problem and acting to remedy the situation in the shortest time possible
• To manage or supervise specialists and sub-contractors working with the company's HVAC and other mechanical systems
• Ensuring the best and efficient collaboration and dialogue between the technical personnel and the suppliers of the respective equipment and various services
• Immediately notifying the persons in charge with the equipment and the users about any problem with the ventilation, cooling, water, power supply system's etc.
• Analyze all load programs and perform required calculations and manage all electrical requirements for HVAC and fire safety equipment and recommend improvements
• Perform audit on all HVAC and other engineering systems, collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all logbooks and manage all change processes and resolve all issues ensuring compliance to all corporate regulations
• Design testing procedures and control equipment to accurately assess products and identify areas that require modification and further testing.
• Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives and provide support to all equipment and perform calculations and implement various plans for HVAC.
• Evaluate all approval systems for new and revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions and maintain all deliverables for projects to maintain optimal qualities within required timeframe and coordinate with stakeholders to analyze all project requirements.
• Research, design, and install control of HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client's requirements in both large and small projects
• Make an active contribution in the research and development efforts by understanding the HVAC advances that will match with the emerging technologies.
• To monitor the execution of the developmental efforts and think of innovative ideas to build and design the HVAC system within the given budget and time

• To assist in out of office hours support to the HVAC systems according company's SLAs.
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications.
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
Profile
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience within the HVAC engineering industry / heat, gas and water technology engineering
• Excellent knowledge of English
• At least 3 years experience planning and designing air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of Air-cooled chillers, VRF-type system conditioning and air handling units
Beneficial experiences:
• HVAC designer and/or HVAC construction management certificate
• Knowledge of russian
