HRM/Ritline is an engineering company with advanced technical skills in the field of product and process development.
We offer our customers project management, mechanical-, electrical and software development, quality assurance, operational development and environmental optimization within four main industries: Automotive, Telecoms, Healthcare and Energy & Environment.
Within Energy we’re now looking for a couple of experienced engineers within HSE management to work within the Oil & Gas industry in Norway.
Assignment description:
• Assist the line organisation within HSE in the projects
• Establish HSE programs and activities
• Set up and maintain management system, internal and external requirements
• Report, registrate & follow up HMS activities
• Plan & perform HMS audits
• proactiv work to establish a good work environment internaly, in projects and at suppliers.
Requirements:
• Experience of HMS work
• University degree Bsc or Msc.
• Offshore, Chemical or other industry with high HMS requirements.
• Experience of risk management and follow up
• Experience of audits and project supervision
• Knowledge of related standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Norsok
• Knowledge in project process
• Cofortable with verbal and written presentations in front of a group
Assignment location: Kongsberg, other locations can be cónsidered as well (Oslo, Stavanger & Bergen for example).
