Organizational Change Manager
Are you a business minded Change Manager passionate about people and leadership? We are now looking for an Organizational Change Manager to join our customers Central Change Team with the entire organization in scope.
This is an exciting and varied job in an organization that is both creative and dynamic with a strong value system. The pace is high, and we always challenge each other to think outside the box. We believe in people and encourage new ideas and own initiatives.
To be successful in this role you have the capacity to act on both a strategic, tactical and operational level. You have great communication- and relationship building skills, a genuine interest in people and experience to drive and motivate change.
Work tasks - What work tasks are to be performed?
• Apply up a standardized methodology for organizational change and lead change management activities
• Involving key stake holders (People Board, Unions, Managers, HR BPs)
• Support communication and training efforts
• Be a change coach to Management
• Using the base within the companys People Change methodology
• Secure a common way of working within the area
Requirements and Personal Competences Requirements:
• A solid Change Management methodology base, preferably Adkar
• Experience from larger organizational change
• Previous experience as a manager - to understand a manager 's day to day priorities
• A strategic and tactical mindset with an ability to make changes in practice
• Courage to drive, dare to try and stand up for decisions taken, but also having the courage to rethink
• An ability to plan and steer your own work
