HR-administrator

The jobholder is responsible for HR-administration, in particular contact with our outsourced payroll provider, and maintenance of our human resources information system (HR-IS).

The full range of responsibilities include:

• Payroll administration, including liaison with outsourced provider
• Maintenance of human resources information system (HR-IS)
• Recruitment and leaver administration, including preparations of employment contracts
• Organisation of new staff induction
• Preparation of reports
• Provision of advice to staff managers on HR related issues
• General HR administration

The successful applicant will have previous experience in an HR role. To be able to ask relevant questions to our payroll provider, and understand the answers, you must have previous experience and understanding for payroll administration and financial issues related to this. If you are working as a payroll administrator today wanting to move on to more HR-related tasks without leaving the payroll completely, this is the perfect next step and challenge for you!

Your daily work consists of administration of our employees in Sweden. To be able to communicate with managers and colleagues within the company in other countries, you have to be fluent in English and understand Norwegian and Danish. We also want you to have good IT-skills within the Office-package.

The position is full time and reports to Human Resources Manager. Immediate appointment. The position is permanent, and starts with a six months probationary period. You will have your working place at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm.
