Our client want to strengthen People Insights Planning team within HR!
Why we're looking for you
Our client want to strengthen and develop ability to collect and work predictively with HR related data to become a truly business driven HR function.
To create the best prerequisites for their business to take more data-driven decisions, they believe they need to improve their ability to collect, merge and analyze HR data in order to visualize key insights for its organization.
What you will do
Along with your team, People Insights Planning, you will work both operatively and strategically with HR and people data. You will contribute to painting the big picture and ways of working with HR data, since you will be one of very few people in our clients company with this competence.
Understanding how data is created and how it flows between different systems will allow you to see which data that needs to be combined in order to build a solid foundation on which to make predictive, actionable and useful analysis for our business.
You will need to collaborate with our clients business domains and other stakeholders within our clients function such as Controlling, Commercial and Way of Working. A major success factor in this role is understanding business needs and creating solutions to meet them.
Your work experience knowledge
Skills and experience they want you to have:
Workshop facilitation, digitally and IRL
Experience of working in a global company, the bigger the better
Experience from the tech industry
Knowledge of how to secure data-driven decisions for and with business
An understanding of how people-related data is created, how it flows through and organization
Deep understanding and a vision around the challenges and possibilities of working with people data
A growth mindset
Desire and ability to create psychological safety
Keeping things as simple as possible
Being a doer
Tools that you need to have extensive experience with:
SAP Success Factors
Excel
Power BI
