HR responsible for the development and execution of all HR processes within the HR area. Work content , Talent Management, Performance Management, compensation & benefits, manager and employee coaching, budget, reporting, balanced scorecard, intro/exit, rehabilitation, employee engagement survey incl. follow up, labor law and legislation, union negotiations, contracts, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, direct and evaluate the organization's programs/policies related to recruitment, training/development, employee turnover/retention, performance management, employee relations, and legal matters directly related to the Human Resources group.
• Responsible for exercising good judgement and complying with all company policies and procedures as well as ensuring compliance with all regulating agencies, laws and other applicable standards. Provide solid advice to managers and employees relative to Federal, State and local regulations as well as in regards to the company's policies and procedures.
• Leading the implementation of new systems to automate improve HR related processes or similar processes.
• Hands on position requiring significant flexibility in range of duties.
Preferred Education, Skills and Work Experience:
• Will have strong generalist experience gained from working in Sweden.
• Bachelor's degree ideally in HR Management or equivalent.
• Ability to lead formal and informal teams to identify, define and implement improvement ideas whilst demonstrating strong management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in reviewing/re-engineering work flows in a Human Resource environment. Proven ability to lead and manage the definition, selection and implementation of Human Resource Information Systems or similar system implementations. Competency with appropriate office software tools including use of HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and written, verbal communication & presentation skills. With the ability to interact with not only team members but also all levels of the organization and external organizations.
• Have strong persuasive & negotiation skills to successfully manage not only conflict resolutions but also to initiate/lead change.
• Experience with business process improvement methodologies (lean, six sigma, TQM, etc.).
• Language: English and Swedish
