Chinsay is a fast-growing SaaS company for the end-to-end management of contracts in the global commodities and freight markets -multi trillion dollar industries. They are selling contract management solutions to the freight and physical commodity markets all over the world. Chinsey are pioneers in designing and building software for collaborative contract management. The space they occupy has some of the world's largest companies, dealing with highly complex problems that are still largely managed with centuries-old workflow. You will work alongside our team of industry insiders and passionate technologists to deliver solutions that tame complexity and make the old way of doing things obsolete. They are located in cool facilities down town Stockholm, at Kungsträdgården.
Chinsay consist of 30 employees where the tech team are the heart of the company. You will have a key role achieving Chinsay's future growth objectives. As HR partner at Chinsay you will work closely with the company's CEO and be part of the management team in the company, who are both English and Swedish speaking. As a HR partner at Chinsay you will be responsible for proactively work close to all the employees in the company, implement HR strategy and the operational tools and processes. Further develop and implement how Chinsay live according to their values. You will have an important role with helping the managers at Chinsay to be great leaders with a coaching attitude. The role is part time, 50% for a start.
Chinsay are searching for someone who has minimum three years of experience working in a similar role. Experience of delivering superb support, coaching and development of managers in their leadership role. Chinsay is a young company, they are in the starting phase with their HR work, that's why it's important that you are experience within HR, both strategic and operational. You are a self-started team player who are flexible, creative and communicative. You are a person who likes to work with group activities to improve the team spirit at the office.
