JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are growing and with increasing size the need for a well-functioning HR department increases accordingly. We are now looking for a structured, multi-tasking professional to continue forming our HR-department as an HR Manager. Your tasks will include supporting Management and Directors with organizing everything from administration of employee contracts, wellness invoices, certificates and time reporting to having contact with authorities and recruiters.

The HR Manager maintains, leads and develops Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes on quality, productivity, high standards of integrity and the recruitment and growth of a superior team.

The HR Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

• Recruiting
• Organizational and space planning
• Staffing logistics
• Performance management and improvement systems
• Organizational development
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
• Employee orientation, development, and training
• Policy development and documentation
• Company employee communication
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
• Employee services and counselling

REQUIREMENTS:

The right candidate must have an interest for the gaming industry and be driven and ambitious. As the HR Generalist you will play an integral role in the organization, and the right candidate needs to be very structured yet flexible.

In order to be successful in this role we believe that you have

• Impeccable understanding and experience of Swedish labour laws
• An education in a HR related field and 3+ years of experience in a similar role / responsibilities
• An efficient, thorough and structured work methodology that allows you to have many projects running simultaneously without losing focus of your priorities
• A service minded "can do" attitude and a willingness to always deliver results above expectations
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to communicate effortlessly in English across all levels of an organization
• An eagerness to expand your skillset and take on new challenges outside your comfort zone

This is a broad HR role, where you will get the chance to experience being part of a growing, creative company. You will play an integral role in the organization and as such the need to be structured yet flexible is of utmost importance.

Even though this ad is written in English, and your application needs to be written in English, you need to speak fluent Swedish (however, Swedish as mother tongue is not required).
