Role overview
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and developing our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end human resource functions, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and compliance with local laws and regulations. You will help us make Quantify an even better place to work! The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and is expected to be highly integrated with our wonderful staff.

Location
This position will be primarily based at our Stockholm office, with the ability to enjoy a hybrid workplace model allowing you to mix in-office and remote work according to company policy.

Responsibilities

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Retention:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (on-, re-, off-boarding).

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.

• Coordinate with various departments to understand hiring needs.

• Manage HR budget in alignment with business unit heads.

People and Culture:


Build and maintain positive relationships with employees.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant work culture, helping Quantify to be a fun and rewarding place to work.

• Create and implement programs to enhance team cohesion and morale.

Training and Development:


Coordinate training initiatives to promote professional growth.

• Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and developmental needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Administer, review, and update compensation packages.

• Monitor, manage and communicate employee benefits programs.

• Conduct benchmarking analyses to maintain competitive compensation and benefits.

HR Materials, Law, and Best-Practices:

• Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR documents and tools including policies, management tools, staff handbook, master employment register, and others.

• Assist with employee inquiries, addressing any concerns and conflicts in a positive and proactive manner.

Performance Management:


Manage annual and mid-year performance review processes.

• Provide support for performance improvement plans.

Ad Hoc Tasks
• Work on ad hoc tasks according to need from other departments like legal, marketing, etc.

Requirements
• 2+ years' experience in HR or related field, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Expertise in MS Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Understands the needs and feelings of others and acts with compassion, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
• Able to infuse energy into a room and enjoys interacting with others.
• Able to be simultaneously business- and people-oriented.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Manages tasks from end-to-end with ownership, precision and in a timely manner.
• Internally motivated with a desire to grow and learn, proactively taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
