That is why we are looking to strengthen our HR team with another HR Generalist, preferably with some previous experience within recruitment and Office management. Coffee Stain is slowly but surely growing, adding both new people and companies to our group, and the HR function will continue to play a key role in supporting that growth.
Coffee Stain have two internal development teams; Coffee Stain North in Stockholm, where this position is open and Coffee Stain Studios in Skövde, where our other HR person is stationed. Your home base would be the Stockholm office, but you would also work remotely with other companies in the group from all around Sweden.
Our teams consist of a great mix of talented, ambitious and thinking people. And although Coffee Stain as a group consist of 7 companies, we want to each keep that feeling of a small company where everyone has a say. You will help to maintain the structure and organization that enable us to give all our employees a great workplace.

We are taking our HR processes to the next level, and we want you to take part in supporting and adding to what we've already built. We encourage you to challenge old truths and find new ways of supporting our existing employees, as well as attracting new ones.
You are friendly, service-minded and able to see situations from different perspectives. You are also organized, structured and flexible, things change fast in our world! Having an interest in helping with all the things that make the office a nice place to hang out is a big plus.
Micromanaging isn't something for us, so being able to work independently is a must. You will work together with our teams, companies and partners so we appreciate if you have good communication skills and can build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across our organization. You need to have work sufficient verbal and written communication skills in English
These are things you'll do on the job
Work closely with and support studio managers with their day-to-day questions and tasks
You will contribute both on a strategic level as well as hands-on, to cultivate a creative, caring and sustainable culture and workplace
Traditional HR work, for example support the HR life cycle of processes such as salary review, employee engagements, exit talks, labor law, company culture
Team up with managers to handle follow ups with our employees to monitor their health and career goals, to create a motivating and healthy workplace
Full cycle recruitment, you will partner up with your colleagues and managers to assist and support in end to end recruitment. This means screening applications and conducting sourcing of candidates, coordinating interviews, writing job ads, conducting reference checks and drawing up contracts. And after that be involved in the plans for onboarding.
Collaborate with economy and other departments, we're small and help each other
Handle work permits and other tasks when hiring internationals
Work with topics such as GDPR and sustainability

These are things your CV already contains
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience of working in the field of HR

Bonus
Previous experience in recruitment within our industry or similar.
Knowledge in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools as being part of serving managers with the HR life cycle
Experience or interest in managing an office in both big and small, making it a nice place for all.


Practical info
The position is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week.
Some of us are still working from home, but everyone is now welcome back to our newly renovated offices on Kungsholmen, by Fridhemsplan. There will still be the possibility to work some days from home, if that's preferred by you.

COFFEE STAIN NORTH is a game developer based in Stockholm that belong to the Coffee Stain family. We are currently working on Goat Simulator 3, the sequel to the viral 2104 hit game. Since we started in 2013, we have grown to 25 developers and are now open to add a couple of new friends!
