With a global product development hub as well as a highly automated manufacturing site for roof racks placed in Hillerstorp we need to stay competitive by always attracting the best talents. To further support our positive expansion in both areas we want to strengthen our local HR team with a highly motivated HR Generalist to support our Operations Management Team in Hillerstorp.
As our new HR Generalist you will work in a fast paced and improvement-oriented production environment where your main task will be to provide hands-on HR service and support, within areas such as recruitment, labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, payroll administration, and competence development towards both managers and employees. In this position you are expected to have your ears on the ground - acting proactively to encourage a brave and mature leadership that secures an attractive work climate where competence is shared and where our employees continue to grow.
We believe that our ideal candidate is a curious and pro-active team-player. You are results oriented and have a strong self-drive as well as a high level of integrity. Your ability to easily communicate and build strong relationships together with your positive attitude are other key ingredients in your personal profile. Experience from collective bargain agreements towards both blue collar workers is a must, preferably Teknikavtalet. In addition you need to be fluent in Swedish and English and hold strong skills within the MS Office package. Experience and good knowledge from the HR system Agda is advantageous. You have a HR degree and couple of years' experience from hands-on HR and feel ready to take the next step in your career.
