With a global product development hub in Hillerstorp, that drives innovation, design, testing and simulation, we need to stay competitive by attracting and retaining the best talents.
To support this positive expansion and to continue to provide great HR support to our site in Hillerstorp we want to strengthen our local HR team with a HR Generalist ready to take the next step in their career.
About the position
As our new HR Generalist you will work in a fast paced and improvement-oriented environment where your main task will be to provide hands-on HR service and support, within areas such as recruitment & onboarding, work environment, health & safety and competence development towards both managers and employees. In this position you are expected to have your ears on the ground - acting proactively to encourage a brave and mature leadership that secures an attractive work climate where competence is shared and where our employees continue to grow.
About the candidate
You have a HR degree and a couple of years' experience from hands-on HR and feel ready to take the next step in your career. We believe that you are a curious and pro-active team player, with a strong self-drive combined with a structured, professional approach and high level of integrity. Ability to easily communicate, good problem solving skills, a positive attitude and a cooperative mindset are other key ingredients in your personal profile. In addition you need to be fluent in Swedish and English.
