Are you looking for a developing part time HR role with a focus on HR operations and administration? If so, then this role might be what you are looking for. You will work with operational and administrative HR topics for the Nordic countries as well as being part of implementation of global HR projects in our region. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Nordic HR team in Gothenburg and be part of the journey to build a strong HR function supporting our managers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Support to line managers and employees in operational HR matters and yearly processes.

• Ensure accurate set-up and handling of employee and compensation data and closely collaborate with external payroll provider for two of the Nordic countries.

• Providing regular updates of HR, employee data in our tools and systems

• Drive improvement projects and digitalizing within HR.

• Be an active member of the regional HR team Nordics and support global HR projects.

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related business degree

• A minimum experience of 2 years in HR administration or a broad HR support role

• Good experience from handling and optimizing outsourced payroll process/partners.

• Good understanding of different HR practices, tools, and applications

• Good understanding of local employment laws in Sweden, experience of Nordics is a plus

• Experience from working in an international environment is a plus

• Union related matters and labor relations.

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

• If you also have Finnish language skills, it's a great plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
