Human Resource Director
About the position:
We are now looking to appoint an experienced Human Resource Director.
The HR Director reports directly to CEO, and is part of the group management team.
We expect you to take responsibility for all aspects of HR and you will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing best practice to ensure Play'n GO complies with its statutory and regulatory obligations.
We expect you to be passionate about developing the Play'n GO's culture, ensuring that the core values are reflected through its employee policies.
The position is placed in Växjö, but you will work global with all our office locations.
Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall planning, development, administration, coordination and implementation of all human resources policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the senior management team on human resource strategies and functions.
• Ensuring we have a great work environment, high job satisfaction and excellent career opportunities.
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Skills required:
• Leadership skills and experience in HR.
• Desirable with background from the IT industry.
• Experience from international organization with fast pace and -apid growth.
• You are a communicative team player that thrives in a dynamic and flexible working environment.
• At all times act professionally, be structured and organized combined with excellent communication skills and a customer oriented mindset.
