Axis HR department is looking for new competence.

What will you do?
As HR Coordinator at Axis HQ in Lund you will work with a wide-ranging HR team, supporting our HQ in Sweden and our global operations. Your main focus in this role will be to support Managers, HR and employees based in Sweden.

Working in the HR Helpdesk you will handle questions coming in through phone, ticket systems and colleagues visiting the HR Helpdesk office. You will answer questions concerning labor code, work environment, collective barging agreements, internal processes and much more. You will handle general HR administration with a focus on contracts and producing basic HR documentation, like leave of absence, HR system (Workday) updates, certificates and postal administration. Taking care of new Axis employees and managers through HR Helpdesk introduction process, perform trainings and introduction sessions will also be a part of your role.

In addition to working at the HR Helpdesk you will support our recruitment and employer branding team with student relations activities, by planning, administrating, coordinating and executing our student activities on site or at a location where student and potential employees are present. You will also run or support other projects within the HR department. Over time you will take on more advanced duties and grow within the scope of the position.

We believe that you have a university degree in Human Resources Management. Previous experience working with administration and service is valuable for this role. You have interest and knowledge of Swedish labor code. Good skills in MS Office is needed as well as very good English and Swedish skills, both written and verbal.
