hela Sverige We are looking for a HR Business Partner & Safety Manager position in Västerhaninge Plant & Distribution Center.
As HRBP & Safety Manager you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, passionate and diverse team. We have more than 80 years within HVAC & building automation, we manufacture and deliver worldwide for 100m per year.
The successful candidate will be part of the management team, reporting to the Plant & DC manager and will strongly collaborate with the HR & Safety central team in Sweden and France.
This is a key position in the organization, you are the Business Partner to the Plant & DC manager; You will manage the HR function within the site and work with managers and people on all the aspects of HR. You are also in constant partnership with the plant and DC manager, proposing efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies. You will also manage the animation of the safety procedures in the site and ensure their application.
As a person you are rigorous, structured and people oriented. You should be a committed leader enjoying collaboration and have the ability to see the bigger picture as well as understand complexity. You will be a strong actor in change management.
Your skills and experience
• You have a Master degree in HR and several years of experience in HR & Safety.
• Business Partnership / Consulting

• Good knowledge of Swedish & good communication skills
