The HRBP partners with the business leaders and provide strategic HR support and solutions to achieve and surpass business results.
As a core member of the HR team, serving Electrification Business in Sweden and also being in the local HR Business Partner role for the Sales organisation and the Distribution Solution business, you will implement people strategy and actions together with the HR community, managers and employees.
Reporting to the Local Business Manager of Electrification, you will drive HR development for the business while also ensuring that quality controls are at all times maintained.
Your responsibilities
Work closely with leaders to understand business drivers, current and long-term strategy, and identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
Be part of management teams of our two divisions and member of local HR Leadership Team for ABB Sweden.
Digital sales behaviour/skills: ensure competence development actions being in place to support business strategy, identify learning requirements for professionals and implement the development activities with business leaders.
Production focus to support line managers in our factories, operational support as well as strategic initiatives for a profitable business and engaged workforce.
Drive and support initiatives linked to competency development, leadership development and diversity & inclusion.
Implement people strategy and actions in line with business area, divisions and the function strategy and Group HR policies and guidelines. Develop and lead the HR Digital strategy.
Daily support: provide timely support, share expertise and coach line managers in HR practices, processes and policies (hire to retire -processes, recruitments, compensation, labor law & collective agreements, talent management, HR systems & tools, wellbeing & occupational health, global mobility) in partnership with other HR experts.
Represent HR in the workplace for labor relations in partnership with managers. Deliver day to day HR support for contract relationship including employee welfare, counselling, grievances and disciplinary process.
Lead local discussion with local relationship with local collective bargaining representatives. In collaboration with the Country HR Manager oversee activities regarding labor relations.
Your background
University degree within relevant field
A proven track record in a senior HR Business Partner role or similar HR experience, preferably in an international organization
Operational, coaching ability
Create trust among line managers, professional integrity
Ability to communicate openly, understand different perspectives and find a common ground
Senior leader who can be a role model and drive change/be in the driver's seat
Can-do attitude, problem solving and strong drive for delivering results
Strong written and spoken communication skills in Swedish.
