The Human Resource Business partner is future oriented and loves the challenges our high pace and result oriented environment brings. It's not old school HR, we look for a true change agent. It is a social job with an intellectual challenge and as a Business Partner at Tuve you are part of a management team.

The function consist of 10 brilliant people and covers besides HR also Safety, Security and Communication. The position is located at the plant in Tuve, Göteborg.

• An ability to build long-term, trusting relationships.
• University degree, MBA or equivalent experience and knowledge.
