Place of action
Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
Saab's Product Area, Surveillance Solutions, SSO, has been asked to support the operation of the ordered Saab 2000 ERIEYE AEW&C to a Middle East country.
This is a major undertaking for Saab and we need to appoint a number of technical and administrative positions on site in the country capital.
Saab is assisting the customer in establishing a training organization for the Saab 2000 aircraft system and we need to employ a Training Evaluation Advisor located at the Air force Head Quarters who will be responsible for the coordination of all training activities included in the support contract.
Your future challenge
is to be the customers prime contact on HQ level regarding the supervision of all training activities connected with the Saab 2000 ERIEYE AEW&C system.
The primary function is to supervise and coordinate all training and OJT activities and together with the customer make overall plans for upcoming training needs.
You will be stationed in the country's capital city 1-3 years employed and seconded by Saab AB.
Today's demands
You are a senior technical manager with good knowledge of the Saab 2000 (AEW&C) aircraft and EASA regulations, and well proven in training matters and the transfer of technical know how to customers.
You have a strong business oportunity mindset including risk management with the capability to establish and maintain a steady professional relationsship with high rank customer officials.
Leadership in an international environment and experience of working in the Middle East is also favorable as well as exceptional social skills including focus on customer needs.
You are eager to embrace new cultures, non judgemental, tolerant and understand the need to be flexible knowing when to step forward and when to yield.
